Mindfulness Clubs
Ages: 7 – 13
Our Mindfulness After School Clubs are based on the latest research in predominantly science and therapy. Our Clubs are great for children looking for a safe space to learn more about how their inner world works. We help build self-awareness, self esteem and management of their thoughts, feelings, actions and experiences through creative expression, and mindfulness activities in our indoor and outdoor space.
All children are welcome at Conscious Kids, as we believe that learning and exercising our mental health is just as important as our physical health! We especially help children with:-
How We Do It
Our Aim: At Conscious Kids, we aim to build a community for children to feel like they have a safe place to share and express themselves, and by meeting other children, that they are not alone with their experiences.
Our Methodologies: We use a range of child appropriate techniques such as coaching, Neuro-linguistic-programming (NLP), meditation, guided group hypnosis, relaxation and breathwork to help children explore their thoughts, feelings and any challenges in depth (please see our programmes methodologies section for more details).
